Shaker Lemon

Whole Meyer Lemons sliced paper thin, macerated and folded into our lemony custard.  Imagine marmalade – delicate w/ a punch.

Lemon Meringue

Plenty of fresh lemons flavor homemade curd that we top w/ a beautiful meringue cloud.  Classic.

Chocolate Cream

Three types of chocolate- unsweetened, and organic dark chocolates – are combined to make a decadent homemade pastry cream that gets topped by freshly whipped cream & shaved dark chocolate.

Tahitian Vanilla Salted Caramel Apple

Organic apples tumbled in homemade caramel and laid to service under a vanilla sugar salted crust. Crimony. Travel & Leisure’s Best in America!

Kentucky Pecan

Caramel-ee pecans, w/ just the right amount of vanilla and a touch of Kentucky Bourbon make this pie a down home delight – add a spoon of whip cream and call me in the morning.

Brandied Peach

Bright thick peach slices simmered in their own juices w/ a wee bit of brandy and topped w/ a lattice crust.  It hurts so good.  Take it from me.

A couple of really flirty berries – blueberry & raspberry – encouraged w/ a hint of lemon and a dash of freshly grated nutmeg – Oh me oh my.

A layer of homemade coconut pastry cream topped by lightly sweetened fresh whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes. Better even than any Mary Ann ever made for Gilligan.

Banana Cream

Ripe organic bananas layered in smooth vanilla pastry cream topped w/ freshly whipped cream and a light dusting of cinnamon sugar. Love it!

Got Nuts

Coconut pastry cream over a painted chocolate crust topped w/ freshly whipped cream and toasted almonds. Mounds Don’t!
