A quick word about our ingredients: We use Stiebr Farm eggs, hormone and nitrate-free naturally raised bacon, Applegate Ham in all our sandwiches and baked goods. Our bread is delivered fresh daily from the Pearl Bakery and we incorporate locally grown produce throughout our menu.
